Shipping Policy

We are pleased to ship your order by the most secure method available in order to minimize the risk of theft or loss.  Every shipment is insured, continuously tracked, and a signature is required upon delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free insured shipping for all orders over $50. Order processing takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Once your item/s is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

- USA: 7-18 business days
- UK: 7-18 business days
- Australia: 7-18 business days
- Canada: 7-18 business days
- Europe: 7-18 business days
- Rest of world: 14-20 business days

A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Once it's shipped out, please allow 2-5 business days (to be safe) for domestic US shipping and 6-15 days for worldwide shipping during the Covid-19 pandemic & holiday season.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. 

You can request a tracking number at Contact@eclacare.com. The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. In general, orders are shipped even on weekends and holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Issues

Lost Shipment

If your shipment tracking shows that your item(s) have been delivered, but you have not received them after 3 days, please notify us at Contact@eclacare.com.

Damaged Shipment

If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.  Please notify us at Contact@eclacare.com to start your replacement or refund process.
