Damaged product?

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@eclacare.com . Please note that items are classified as damaged if they are received with an imperfection or where a manufacturing fault occurs.

How to claim your money back:

You must have purchased our Products from our website.

Trial our products for at least 60 days from the date of delivery, but for no more than 90 days.

You must complete at least 6 treatments, with treatments being 1 week apart, and take a photo of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions.

If there are no noticeable results, email your 6 photos to us at Contact@eclacare.com with your order number, and we will review your application.

All 90 Day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your Products from us.

ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps

If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded

Once approved, we will refund you the purchase price (at the time of order), once the product has been returned to our warehouse*.

Refunds

Upon contacting our team, we will respond within 24h. In general, you will be asked to provide an explanation for your refund request. All requests regarding a damaged product are accepted. Our team will then send you a return shipping label (return slip) that you would use to return the product. As soon as the product is shipped, you will receive a full refund. 

Partial refunds may be applied in case of failure of sending back the product. 

You will receive an e-mail confirming the refund as soon as it is processed. Once a refund is issued, it may take 3-5 business days before the refund appears in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.  Please note that most refunds are applied to your original payment method.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to cancel your order, we will do our best to do so; however, once the order is acknowledged by our warehouse, it’s more difficult to stop the process. In that case, simply proceed by returning the product as explained above.
